이윤서 YOUNSER LEE (b.1994, Seoul, South Korea)
일상을 이루는 사물과 상황을 바탕으로, 시각적이고 참여적인 방식으로 사회적 맥락 속에서 관계와 경험이 형성되는 방식을 탐구합니다.
작업은 사람들이 무심히 지나치는 감정과 관계, 시간의 상태에 잠시 머무를 수 있는 조건을 설계하는 데 초점을 둡니다.
제 작업은 고정된 완성 형태가 아닌 살아 있는 경험을 우선하는 과정 기반의 참여적 상황으로 전개되며,
예술과 일상이 결합되는 지점을 연구의 방법으로 삼아 일상적인 상황이 어떻게 구성될 때 공유되고 해결되지 않은 경험이 발생할 수 있는지를 탐구합니다.
과정의 감각과 직접 경험의 가치를 드러내는 구조를 만들며, 참여자는 머무르고 움직이는 경험 속에서 관계를 맺습니다.
그 안에서 발생하는 감각과 감정, 상호작용의 과정은 결과로 정리되기보다 삶의 시간 속에서 지속되는 하나의 매개로 남기를 바랍니다.
각 작업은 하나의 에피소드처럼, 삶을 이루는 찰나의 감정과 관계, 기억, 그리고 천천히 축적되는 시간의 결을 담고 있습니다.

Starting from objects and situations of everyday life,
I explore how relationships and experiences are formed within social contexts through visual and participatory approaches.
My work focuses on designing situations and experiences that invite people to spend time within states of emotion, relation, and temporality that are often passed over without notice.
My practice unfolds as process-based, participatory situations that prioritise lived experience over fixed outcomes.
Using points of contact between art and everyday life as a research method, I investigate how ordinary situations can be structured to generate shared, unresolved experiences.
By creating structures that foreground the value of process and direct experience, participants are invited to stay, move, and form relationships through their engagement.
The sensations, emotions, and interactions that emerge are not resolved into outcomes, but remain as mediating experiences that continue within lived time.
Each work unfolds like an episode, holding fleeting emotions, relationships, memories, and the slow accumulation of lived time.
